Cub Scouts lets kids have fun while teaching them skills that will help them later on. From the thrill of shooting an arrow to learning how to transform a block of wood into a race car, Cub Scouts is one thrill after another. With a program expertly tailored to match each age in a young boy's life, Cub Scouts learn that even when fun isn’t easy, it’s always an adventure. In Scouting, everything has a purpose. And it shows kids that doing their best is the most fun of all.
The Scouting program kicks off in September each year. If you have any questions, please reach out to cc.pack301@gmail.com
A brief word about fees. Pack 301 operates based on profit from our annual Popcorn Fundraiser. Other than the annual fees described below, Scouts and Parents do NOT pay for core activities, campouts or awards. We rely on YOUR help to sell popcorn to make our Pack GO! Only $9 of your total fees comes back to the Pack for our general operating fund.
Is Scouting A Good Value?
Absolutely!
While most extracurricular activities are seasonal, Scouting is a year-round program that remains one of the most valuable investments we can make to support young men today so they can become the leaders we will turn to tomorrow. Annual fees amounts to roughly $10 a month renewing Scouts, which is an enormous value when you consider that many seasonal extracurricular activities often start at $100-200 for programs that last only a few months.
